By placing an order for products on our platform, the customer (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Your") unequivocally agrees to be bound by the stipulations contained herein. This Policy is applicable to all orders for which shipment is designated within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of India.

2. Order Processing & Handling

2.1. Upon successful placement and payment confirmation of an order, it shall undergo a systematic process of verification, quality control, and packaging.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

3.1. The Company engages the services of reputable third-party courier and logistics partners for the shipment of all orders. The selection of the shipping carrier for any given order shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.

The Company shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery once the consignment has been handed over to the courier partner.

4. Shipping Charges

4.1. The Company may, at its discretion, offer complimentary shipping on orders that exceed a predetermined minimum cart value. This minimum value is subject to change without prior notice and will be explicitly stated during the checkout process.

4.2. For orders that do not meet the criteria for complimentary shipping, a standard or variable shipping fee shall be levied. The applicable shipping charge is calculated based on factors including, but not limited to, the total weight of the package, its volumetric dimensions, and the destination pin code.

4.3. All applicable shipping charges will be transparently displayed on the checkout page prior to the finalization of Your order. Shipping charges, once paid, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

5.1. Upon the dispatch of Your order, a shipping confirmation email shall be transmitted to Your registered email address. This communication will contain a unique Airway Bill (AWB) number or tracking ID and a corresponding link to the courier partner's tracking portal.

5.2. You may use the provided tracking information to monitor the real-time status and transit of Your package. Please allow up to 24-48 hours post-dispatch for the tracking information to become active and populate on the carrier's system.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its shipping obligations arising out of or caused, directly or indirectly, by forces beyond its reasonable control. Such events, known as Force Majeure events, include but are not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, labour disputes, natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, fires), epidemics, pandemics, government-imposed lockdowns or restrictions, and interruptions in transportation or communication networks.

7. Risk of Loss & Transfer of Title

The risk of loss or damage to the products, as well as the legal title to the products, shall pass to You upon the Company's delivery of the consignment to the designated shipping carrier. The Company's responsibility for the products ceases at the point of handover to the courier. Any claims for loss or damage during transit must be directed by You to the respective shipping carrier, though We may offer assistance in facilitating such claims where possible.

8. Undeliverable Packages

8.1. In the event that an order is deemed undeliverable and is returned to the origin (RTO) due to circumstances attributable to the customer—including but not limited to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal to accept the package, or unavailability of the recipient after multiple delivery attempts—the order will be cancelled.

8.2. In such cases, any refund processed will be made after the deduction of the forward and return shipping charges incurred by the Company. You will be held liable for all costs associated with the RTO. For re-shipment of the same order, You will be required to pay the applicable shipping fees again.

9. International Shipping

The Company currently restricts its shipping operations to addresses within the Republic of India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. This clause is subject to modification should the Company expand its serviceable regions in the future.
